ANAMESA draws from a place where hospitality is not a concept, but a rhythm shaped by the sea. Originating in the harbor town of Gialova on the Ionian shores of Costa Navarino — where the creative kitchen of ANAMA reinterpreted Greek flavors against the backdrop of the bay — this way of gathering was always about presence and place.

What you experience here is a continuation — not a copy.
